The documents listed below portray the capital improvement plan that
was outlined for the Board of Directors on May 16, 2016. A few edits have been made since the handouts were provided
to both Board Members and attendees at that meeting. In particular, staining of phase 3 was corrected to identify the
three properties that were stained per the outline; brick walls include a provision for tuckpointing, pitched roof costs per
unit were identified per the number of units per three courtyards, sidewalk repairs were included in the brick walk category.
