Condo Forms are Here!

In preparation for closings, real estate professionals often need to gather important documents and information about the association and the condo unit (including fees, bylaws, handbooks, rules, etc.). We’re here to help.

A $35 preparation fee applies to this service; standard turnaround is three business days.

To request a Condo Form be completed, there are three simple steps:

1. Download the Condo Form here and complete the yellow highlighted requestor section (or you may provide your own if you prefer).

2. Make a payment, using the link below. (If you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay by credit or debit card; just use the “guest” option when asked to create an account—rather than creating an account.)

3. Email your Condo Form with requestor (yellow) section completed to realtors@parkviewhills.net . We will match your payment to your form and get it processed for you as soon as possible, though please allow 3 business days.
